I believe there are endless possibilities in life, and that it’s important to take the time to invest in ourselves so we can live our lives to the fullest. My goal is to help clients improve overall health through self-care that fits well with their lifestyle and helps achieve optimal, lasting benefits. Each treatment, session, or combination of treatments I provide is meant to address your current needs as well as encourage progress towards future health and wellness goals.  

I graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in 2015. Since then, I have mastered additional techniques to achieve results and help clients live a better quality of life. I am certified and experienced in Medical Massage, Kinesio Taping, and various stretching techniques.

 

As a Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I utilize a holistic approach to wellness that involves understanding the root cause of your discomfort, pain, imbalance, and health goals. Every treatment or session is customized and individualized to your specific needs.

Healthy Lifestyle Program

The Healthy Lifestyle Program is the ultimate experience in supporting your fitness goals, self-care needs, and healthy eating choices. This 7 week in-person program in Northeast Georgia is designed to help you achieve body transformation and improved health with lasting lifestyle changes. 

The Program takes place in your home and combines fitness, self-care, and diet methodologies and knowledge to help you reach and maintain your best self.  The Program is designed to help you adapt your daily habits while integrating healthy lifestyle choices into your everyday life. The goal of the Program is to maximize results in weight loss, building healthy habits, and increased strength and mobility.

Holistic Approach to Wellness 
Incorporating personal training, massage therapy, float therapy, and diet
into the Program completes the cycle of muscle effort and recovery.
